Call to Action (CTA)

A call to action is the prompt on your website that tells visitors what to do next. It might be a button that says “Request a Strategy Call,” a link that says “Get a Free Audit,” or a form inviting visitors to reach out. Every page on your site should have a clear CTA that aligns with the page’s purpose. If a visitor finishes reading a page and does not know what to do next, the CTA is either missing, unclear, or poorly placed. Strong CTAs are one of the most important elements of conversion rate optimization. See our FAQs on CRO and conversion for more.
