01 THE CHALLENGE

Before the rebuild, Craft Homes’ website struggled with issues that were limiting engagement and search performance: Outdated design that didn’t convey the craftsmanship of their homes Poor navigation that made it difficult to find available homes and other core content Thin or inconsistent copy that didn’t support discoverability or answer buyer questions Slow performance that hurt both UX and SEO No clear hierarchy or funnel, causing visitors to drop off instead of moving toward a tour or inquiry Underutilized SEO structure, causing low visibility for key searches like “MN home

Modern, Clean Visual Redesign We refreshed the visual identity to match the premium quality of Craft Homes’ work: Clean, modern layout emphasizing photography and floor plan visuals Consistent typography and styling to create a refined brand feel Simplified visual hierarchy that highlights communities, models, and available homes Emphasis on craftsmanship, livability, and architectural detail The new design positions Craft Homes as a modern, trusted homebuilder from the first impression. 2.
