FAQS.
Custom website builds start around $5,000 and scale with complexity. You get a fixed quote before you commit, no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. We price based on what the project actually requires, not a menu of packages.
You can, and for some businesses that's genuinely the right call. But if you care about page speed, search rankings, and not being locked into a platform you don't own, a custom build on Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify gives you control those builders can't. We'll tell you honestly if a DIY tool is enough for your situation.
Book a strategy call and we'll look at it together. If your site loads fast, ranks decently, and just needs content or design tweaks, we'll say so. If the foundation is broken (slow hosting, outdated code, no mobile responsiveness), a rebuild is usually cheaper than patching.
Depends on what's broken. If it's a WordPress or Shopify site that needs performance work, design updates, or bug fixes, yes. If it's built on a platform we don't support or the codebase is unsalvageable, we'll tell you straight and recommend the best path forward.
We don't run ad campaigns or manage social accounts. We build the site that makes those channels convert. If you need an ads manager or social strategist, we can point you to people we trust.
Website builds are 50/50: half at kickoff, half at launch. For larger projects we can break it into milestones. Audits and analytics setups are flat-rate, paid upfront. No surprise invoices.
Most custom builds take 4–8 weeks from signed contract to launch. Simpler sites land closer to four, complex builds with custom integrations push closer to eight. Audits take five business days. You get a timeline before you commit and we stick to it.
At minimum: your logo, brand colors, and a rough idea of what you want the site to do. Access to your domain registrar and any existing hosting accounts helps too. We'll send you a detailed onboarding checklist after kickoff so nothing falls through the cracks.
You're responsible for your content. You know your business better than anyone. We provide a content framework with page outlines, word counts, and guidance on what each section needs. If you need a copywriter, we can recommend one.
Two rounds of design revisions are included in every build. But honestly, this rarely happens because we don't jump straight to mockups. We start with strategy and wireframes so the structure is locked before a single pixel gets designed. By the time you see the visual design, it's grounded in decisions you already approved.
Every build includes a 30-day post-launch support window for bugs and minor tweaks. After that, our hosting and maintenance plan covers ongoing updates. Need a one-off change outside of a plan? We'll quote it and turn it around fast.
Yes. Every site ships with a CMS or page builder your team can actually use: WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify depending on the build. Text, images, blog posts, and metadata are all editable from a clean dashboard. We include a recorded walkthrough so you're not guessing.
WordPress is open-source, endlessly flexible, and powers about 40% of the web, great if you need deep customization or a headless setup paired with Next.js. Webflow is a visual builder with clean hosting built in, great for marketing sites where your team wants to edit layouts without touching code. We'll recommend the right one based on your team and goals.
Speed is non-negotiable. Every build targets passing Core Web Vitals, meaning sub-2.5-second load times, no layout shift, and snappy interactions. We optimize images, minimize code, and choose hosting infrastructure that keeps your Time to First Byte under 200ms.
Every site is built mobile-first, meaning we design for the smallest screen and scale up. Over 60% of web traffic is mobile. If your site doesn't work on a phone, it doesn't work. We test across devices and browsers before anything goes live.
We build every site with strong technical SEO foundations: clean markup, fast load times, structured data, proper meta tags, XML sitemaps, and schema markup. We don't do ongoing SEO retainers like link building or monthly keyword campaigns, but the site we hand you is built to rank.
Hosting is where your website actually lives on the internet. Yes, it's a separate cost, either through a provider like Vercel or Netlify for Next.js builds, or through our managed hosting plan which includes monitoring, backups, security patches, and uptime guarantees. We'll set it up either way.
