VENUS GRIFFIN

1,650 closed transactions. $750 million in sales volume. Five straight years voted Best Real Estate Agent by Augusta Magazine. Venus Griffin is the top producing agent in the Augusta market and has been for a long time.
Her website didn’t show it. Real estate sites tend to look the same. A headshot and a search bar. A buyer relocating from out of state can’t tell the difference between the agent who closed 1,650 deals and the agent who closed 12. Venus had the numbers and the reviews. None of it was doing any work online. The site also had to carry live MLS listings for two states without slowing down or burying the parts that make people call her.
The Creative Depot rebuilt venusgriffin.com to put the track record first and the listings one click behind it.
1. Lead With the Numbers
The homepage opens with the claim she can back up: the #1 agent in Augusta, voted five years in a row. Four numbers sit directly under the hero. $750M in sales volume. 1,650+ transactions. 5 years as Augusta Magazine’s best agent. 4.9 average review rating. A visitor knows who they’re dealing with before they scroll. Every page after that repeats the proof where it matters, so a seller reading about marketing sees the $750 million next to the plan.
2. Two Paths, Buyer and Seller
Every visitor is doing one of two things. The site splits into Buy a Home and Sell a Home right after the stats. The buyer path covers first-time, move-up, and relocation buyers, with a separate relocation guide written for the three groups that actually move to Augusta: Fort Eisenhower military families, AU Health medical staff, and corporate transfers from Savannah River Site and Plant Vogtle. The seller path leads with a 60-second home valuation, then lays out the six-step listing process and the full marketing plan, down to the 60,000 social followers her listings get pushed to.
3. Live Listings That Load Fast
Every home for sale in Augusta and Aiken is pulled from the MLS the moment it lists, across two feeds covering Georgia and South Carolina. IDX sites are heavy by nature, and this one was carrying an oversized cache from thousands of generated listing URLs. The caching layer was rebuilt so the search stays fast and the server stays clean. Listings appear on the homepage, on every neighborhood page, and in a full search at /homes-for-sale.
4. Five Neighborhood Guides Built for Search
Augusta, Aiken, Evans, Martinez, and North Augusta each get a full page. Each one lists the specific subdivisions a buyer would ask about, the school zones by elementary, middle, and high, price ranges, commute times, and live listings for that city. The Evans page alone names 10 neighborhoods and 18 schools. That is the content a relocating family types into Google and asks ChatGPT, and it is the content most agent sites skip.
5. Proof on Every Page
Twelve 5-star reviews on the homepage, pulled from real buyers and sellers, with a full testimonials page behind them. A press page covering Augusta Magazine, Inman News, Humans of New York, her NAR keynote, her scholarship fund, and her book with Simon and Schuster. Downloadable buyer’s and seller’s guides for Augusta and Aiken. An FAQ section that answers the six questions every buyer and seller asks before they call. Each page ends with her direct number and a contact form. No call center. No gatekeeper.
Venus now has a site that matches her production. A relocating buyer lands on a neighborhood page, sees the schools and the live listings, and calls the agent whose numbers are on the page. A seller gets a valuation in 60 seconds and reads exactly how the home will be marketed. The MLS search runs fast on both feeds. The reviews and the press do the convincing before the first phone call.
The site also keeps working on its own. New listings post automatically. New reviews and press drop into the pages built for them. New neighborhoods follow the same template. None of it needs a developer.
